Often asked.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes — engagement rings, wedding bands, and one-of-a-kind pieces. Bring us an idea, a sketch, or a stone and we'll walk you through the process. Custom work is best discussed in person at the showroom so we can talk through design, materials, and timeline.
Do you do repairs and resizing?
We do — sizing, prong retipping, chain repair, stone replacement, and restoration of older pieces. Most repairs are done in-house. Stop in and we'll take a look and give you an estimate.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during regular business hours. For custom design consultations, calling ahead is appreciated so we can give you our full attention.
