Often asked.

Do you take custom commissions?
We do — for engagement rings, heirloom redesigns, and a few special pieces a year. Commissions usually take eight to twelve weeks. Write to us with what you have in mind and we'll send a brief questionnaire.
How does lifetime repair work?
Every piece comes with lifetime repair on manufacturing wear — broken clasps, lost stones, worn-through prongs. Send your piece to the studio with a note and we'll repair and return it at no charge. Resizing and accidental damage are charged at cost.
What materials do you use?
Solid 14k and 18k gold, sterling silver, and platinum on request. All metals are recycled. Stones are ethically sourced and traceable to mine when possible. We do not plate, fill, or vermeil.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock pieces ship within three working days. Made-to-order pieces ship within three to four weeks. Shipping is complimentary and insured on orders over $250.
Do you sell wholesale?
A handful of carefully chosen stockists carry our work. If you run a shop and would like to discuss carrying Kayrouze, write to us at the press address with details about your space.
